Meet Kirstin

 

Hi, my name is Kirstin Salka.  I started my college career at Johnson and Wales (JWU) as a Culinary student when I first realized I wanted to become a dietitian. After thriving in a nutrition class at JWU, I decided to transfer to University of Rhode Island  where I completed my undergrad in Dietetics and Nutrition. Now, having just completed my Dietetic Internship through Cedar Crest College, I am pursing the remainder of my masters degree in Nutrition.  I am looking forward to starting my career as dietitian......
