In my food service rotation I had to develop, plan, and market a themed meal. I chose to host a "How the Grinch Stole Christmas Around the World" event. I created all the decor from scratch, planned the menu, marketed the event, assisted in cooking and baking for the event, and lastly evaluated the success of the event.
