Healthy Baking Substitutions

I hosted a healthy baking educational workshop with a taste test of different desserts. I provided participants multiple substitutions to use in baking to help reduce calories, saturated and trans fats, and sugar. Followed by a taste test of multiple recipes that I baked myself in the bakery.
